Introduction

DC Immune CT Dual Core

Here we'd like to introduce the our production process about current transformer core-DC immune CT core.
Firstly, prepare material, need to choose the high quality amorphous ribbon and nanocrystalline ribbon.
Secondly, winding, use the full automatic winding machine to winding the amorphous strip and nano-crystalline strip to get the wound amorphous core and toroidal nano core, Thirdly, testing, test bare cores 100%, if customer's order have different models and different demand, then it is necessary. Such as 60A,100A hybride cores.
Fourthly, use the annealing furnace to heat treat the Fe-based magnetic cores to get the performance which customer need.
Finally, pack the high saturation toroidal cores according to customer's demand.
