One of our Indonesian customer ask us to help them to do samples for winding, because they have find many manufacture to do this, but all are failed. Due to many reasons, such as there are scrateched points on the copper wire, some cross wires on the winding layers, cores are broken....
After discuss, customer has been send us samples of there core , and also a roll copper wire. After received customer samples, we have inspect there cores, they are green toroidal epoxy Nano Ring for common mode chokes, and the copper are also good package. Then our engineer has test their inductance, ID, OD, H...
After testing all the parameters, we use two weeks to prepare the tools for them and finished winding for them. After customer testing them , our pass rate has been reach 98%. And now we are waiting customer's order. Hope to cooperate with them in long time.
