A new customer from India ask us prepare samples according to their demand. However , due to their high demand about inductance value, we have been failed 4 times to make the nanocrystalline core for their common mode chokes.But yesterday, we have been successed.
Each time failed, meeting will start in our engineer team, to discuss the reason, and find how to solve the problem. After changing the process flow, such as heating time and temperature, the samples has been meet customer's demand.
Customer has ask their forwarder to pick up the samples from our company,hope to get their nano core with plastic case order soon.
