Advancing Amorphous Nanocrystalline Alloys for Energy-Efficient Applications

Amorphous nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy has the performance advantages of high saturation magnetic induction strength, high permeability and low loss, which is an ideal soft magnetic material for industrial frequency and low and medium frequency electronic and electrical applications, and its application can promote the development of products in the direction of energy-saving, high efficiency, miniaturisation and quietening. This direction mainly carries out the development of high-performance amorphous nanocrystalline alloys with independent intellectual property rights and application technologies that are currently needed in China, mainly including: 1) New high saturation magnetic induction strength, low iron loss amorphous nanocrystalline alloy development; 2) Development of high-frequency amorphous nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials with high saturation magnetic induction strength; 3) Research on the mechanism and mechanism of the influence of multi-field modulation on the structure and performance of amorphous nanocrystalline alloys; 4) Research on the application technology of amorphous nanocrystalline alloys in wireless charging, electric motors and other emerging fields.
